For you as a customer
Implementing a new solution and making sure all the lights turn green is expected. It is not the end goal – it is the prerequisite for the next and most important step: ensuring adoption and realizing the Business Case and ROI you invested in. But few succeed with the most important part: realizing the expected ROI – many are even far from it. This can – and should – be done much better. INVOLV3 makes it simple, efficient and with minimal strain on the organization. Yes, you read that right. You quickly gain insight into what works, what doesn't – and where to take action. So you can increase adoption and realize the ROI you invested in. Read on – and see, among other things, how DESMI has won big by thinking about adoption in a new way.
Get more value out of your investment
Continuous adoption measurements show where you can strengthen adoption and increase ROI.
From a thin data foundation and gut feelings to concrete insights
See what really holds adoption back, what already works – and where to take action.
What holds adoption back
Departments are not on board enough
Some departments lag behind, so value is not realized widely enough.
Features don't work as expected
Employees experience bugs, gaps, or that the system doesn't support their work.
Data is incomplete or has duplicates
Poor data quality causes frustration and drags value down.
Processes feel too cumbersome
Workflows feel heavier than necessary, so employees find workarounds.
Don't understand how to use the solution and features
Lack of guidance and training means the system isn't used as intended.
What lifts adoption

Go-Live is not the goal. ROI is. You have invested significant amounts and drawn heavily on the organisation. Therefore, the investment only becomes a real success when it creates the value and ROI you signed up for.

An easier path to higher adoption and ROI
The traditional path after Go-Live has often been a Change Management programme. It can work, but many companies do not want yet another extensive project with more consultants, high costs and additional pressure on the organization. And when the project ends, the effort often stops too – even though adoption and value realization are ongoing tasks.
There is an easier way. With INVOLV3 you work continuously and purposefully with adoption – without starting a new large project. Short Adoption Measurements involve the relevant employees and quickly provide a clear picture of what works, what does not, why – and where you should focus to increase adoption and get more out of your investment.
At the same time, department managers can get targeted reports with insight into their specific area. This makes it easier to get them on board, follow up, remove barriers and support employees where doubt, challenges or lack of use hampers adoption. Easy to carry out. Easy to act on. And designed to continuously lift adoption and ROI.
It works – because employees actually participate
A measurement only creates value if employees engage. That is why we have developed a communication approach that makes participation simple and relevant. The result is consistently satisfying.
But the most important thing is not only the response rate. We often receive hundreds – and sometimes thousands – of comments, reflections and ideas from employees. They tell what works, what does not and why – and at the same time point to new opportunities and ideas for improvement.
This gives you something that can otherwise be difficult and time-consuming to create: a broad and honest picture of what adoption actually looks like in the organization.
DESMI strengthened adoption across 4 regions and 18 countries
employees participated
comments and reflections
regions and 18 countries
DESMI carried out a CRM Adoption Measurement across 4 regions and 18 countries. Around 220 employees took part and contributed more than 1,100 comments and reflections.
The results showed precisely what worked, where the improvement potential was greatest, and why – both overall and across countries and regions. The factual GAP data was supported by the employees' own reflections, so DESMI could not only see where the challenges were, but also understand what lay behind them and where they should focus.
DESMI has now completed three measurements, allowing them to follow the development, see the effect of their actions and continuously identify new opportunities to strengthen adoption and the value of their CRM investment.
