Example of process
A typical process could be that you send out a GAP Assessment on Monday with a deadline on Friday. Here you can set midway status to Wednesday. When the status email lands in your inbox, you immediately get insight into where responses are missing, and you can quickly contact the relevant departments.
With this simple two-step reminder, the likelihood of all invitees responding increases significantly. This ensures a stronger data foundation, better insights, and a far more valuable result for both you and the customer.
