    2. Choose GAP Assessment

    It's important to create a GAP Assessment based on the purpose it will be used for. To make this as simple as possible, we have structured the platform so you can quickly choose the right starting point. In the solution, all Base Assessments — which serve as the foundation for your GAP Assessment — are divided according to where they belong in the customer journey.

    Scoping

    To dive deeper into processes and identify bottlenecks, risks, duplicate work and employee ideas.

    Characteristics:

    • Perfect as preparation for workshops – ideal before Envisioning or Scoping workshops.
    • Provides strong insights directly from employees.
    • Creates alignment and reduces resistance.
    • Makes it easier to select the most valuable focus areas.
    • Makes it easier for the customer to prioritize and make decisions.

    On-Track

    To ensure the project is on track — and discover problems early.

    Characteristics:

    • Use On-Track during delivery to ensure the project stays on course.
    • Reveals changes in assumptions, priorities or risks.
    • Functions as an early-warning system.

    Adoption

    To measure how well the solution is anchored in daily workflows and creates real value.

    Characteristics:

    • Identifies value, understanding, barriers and gaps.
    • Ensures that the solution is not just 'used', but actually adopted.
    • Often used as a recurring measurement (e.g. every 6 months).
    • With Adoption measurements you can follow the development over time.

    This means you don't need to guess or spend time considering which Assessment fits the different phases of the Adoption journey. For example, if you need to create the right starting point with a Scoping Assessment, follow progress and ensure the effort stays on track with an On-Track Assessment, or measure actual adoption with an Adoption Assessment, you can immediately see which Assessment is designed for exactly this purpose.

    In short: You don't just choose an Assessment — you choose the right Assessment at the right time in the Adoption journey. This makes the adoption work more structured, manageable and effective.
