DESMI strengthened adoption with broad involvement of +200 users

DESMI conducted a GAP Assessment across 18 countries and 220 users to gain deeper insight into their Salesforce adoption. The goal was to know the baseline, where resistance was, and what worked and didn't work well enough – based on real user data. The result was a stronger decision basis and pinpoint focus.

    The Challenge

DESMI has implemented Salesforce in 4 regions, 18 countries.

It is unclear which countries are fully on track, which are lagging, and which are in the red zone.

There is a need for non-generic solutions, but data that allows pinpoint focus in individual countries.

    The Solution

Involvement of 4 regions, 18 countries, and 220 employees.

In total, DESMI received 1,120 inputs, reflections and ideas.

The new data made it clear what tasks exist in the different countries.

    The Outcome

Countries are actively involved. At country meetings, DESMI presents each country's results, creating ownership, constructive dialogue and strengthening adoption.

This leads to higher use of Salesforce, continuous improvements – and increased ROI for DESMI.
