Communicate & invite
Briefly explain why the measurement is being carried out, and that everyone invited is expected to participate. This ensures broad involvement and high participation.
Some people think measurements are cumbersome, that employees don't want to participate, and that the value afterwards is limited. That's wrong. Employees want to be heard and involved. We see high participation and get hundreds – often thousands – of comments, ideas and input directly from the organization.
With INVOLV3 it is also made simple to carry out a GAP Assessment. It requires limited time from start to finish, and the analysis work that previously could take days or weeks is significantly reduced. With Presenter Mode you have strong, action-oriented reports after just a few minutes with an overview of results, potential and focus areas. Targeted AI prompts also help analyze and interpret data from an adoption perspective, so you can quickly see where to focus – and why.
Results can be viewed both aggregated and all the way down to department level. This makes it easy to make department managers active co-players. Each manager gets insight into their own department and a concrete basis for following up, removing barriers and continuously strengthening adoption.
But even though it is simple to carry out a GAP Assessment, it does not happen by itself. Management commitment is crucial.
Management must set the direction and make GAP Assessments a fixed part of how you work with adoption – for example after Go-Live on all relevant projects. There must be clear expectations about when to measure, who is responsible, and how to follow up on both the results and the actual use of INVOLV3. If GAP Assessments become just an optional tool, there is a real risk that they will not be carried out. Therefore, success with INVOLV3 is not about making the process easier – it already is. It is about commitment, clear frameworks and consistent follow-up from management.
Kickoff – where should GAP Assessments create value?
Which GAP Assessments should be run, when and by whom?
The first concrete GAP Assessments are completed within 1–2 months.
What have we done, what have we learned – and what's the next step?
Progress, results and impact are consolidated – and next year's goals are set.
Bring INVOLV3 into the organization and create the first results.
Maintain momentum with continuous follow-up and annual strategic direction.
Briefly explain why the measurement is being carried out, and that everyone invited is expected to participate. This ensures broad involvement and high participation.
Midway you get a simple status of participation – both overall and per department – so you can follow up where needed.
When the measurement ends, results and reports are generated automatically. No heavy analysis or manual work.
See the results overall or per department: What works, what slows adoption down, why – and where should you focus?
For many, the challenge begins after Go-Live: for example, Copilot is implemented, launched, and employees are onboarded – yet adoption and ROI still lag and remain too low to justify the investment. Typically, this is where you start with an Adoption GAP Assessment to find out what is holding things back and where to act. But imagine if adoption began before implementation. By involving employees early and broadly, you can uncover where AI and Copilot create the greatest value, what needs exist, and how the solution best supports daily work. When Go-Live arrives, employees can recognize their own input and see that they have been heard. This creates greater ownership, motivation, and willingness to use the solution. Then, ongoing Adoption GAP Assessments keep you on track and show where you can still improve. The result: adoption is shaped before Go-Live and continuously accelerated afterwards.
