    The Momentum Playbook aims to create early commitment and ensure progress – so you don't fall off, but quickly experience value and maintain focus to achieve successful adoption.

    The central areas of the Momentum Playbook

    STARTUP

    1. Kickoff meeting

    Activity: Introduction to GAP Assessment and determination of where GAP Assessment should be applied, for example after Go-Live on all relevant projects.

    Output: You select 1–3 primary focus areas.

    2. Activation plan

    Activity: Preparation of a 1-page document with goals, number of measurements, deadlines and responsible parties.

    Output: The activation plan is approved and signed by the customer.

    3. First cases and successes (within 1–2 months)

    Activity: Concrete selection of customers/prospects and execution of GAP Assessments.

    Output: Concrete data on improvement areas, gaps and risks that:

    • Elevate the quality in workshops / meetings.
    • Create quick and higher value.
    • Concrete data from the organization that strengthens dialogue and decision confidence.

    CONTINUITY & FOLLOW-UP

    4. Quarterly status meetings

    Activity: Sharing pitch successes, cases, review of KPIs and review of new measurements. Frequency: Every 3 months

    Output:

    • Inspiration and knowledge sharing.
    • Possible adjustment of goals.
    • Identification of 1–2 concrete improvement initiatives per quarter.

    5. Annual strategy session

    Activity: Complete review of the year's measurements and results.

    Output: An annual report with an overview of development, effect and ROI – as a foundation for the long-term partnership.
